Main Ingredients

  • Garland chrysanthemum (Tong Hao)
  • Firm tofu (North tofu)

Seasonings

  • Sesame oil, cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Cherry radish (optional)

Cooking Steps

  1. Wash the garland chrysanthemum and drain the water, then cut it into small sections. Cut the firm tofu into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the garland chrysanthemum and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add the tofu cubes and enough water, then simmer over medium heat for 5–8 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with sesame oil, turn off the heat, and garnish with cherry radish if desired.
