Main Ingredients
- Garland chrysanthemum (Tong Hao)
- Firm tofu (North tofu)
Seasonings
- Sesame oil, cooking oil
- Salt
- Garlic
- Cherry radish (optional)
Cooking Steps
- Wash the garland chrysanthemum and drain the water, then cut it into small sections. Cut the firm tofu into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the garland chrysanthemum and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add the tofu cubes and enough water, then simmer over medium heat for 5–8 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, turn off the heat, and garnish with cherry radish if desired.
